Order Confirmation Upon placing an order with impeccable.pk, you will receive an order confirmation email, SMS, or call containing all the essential details of your purchase.

Note: Orders are only confirmed via phone call. Please ensure your mobile phone is reachable. If an order remains unconfirmed after 3 call attempts, it will be automatically cancelled. (This helps us prevent unauthorized or accidental orders and ensures swift processing for our genuine clients).

Order Processing Time

We prioritize the instant processing and dispatch of your skincare to get your products to you immediately. Under normal circumstances, all items are sourced from our warehouse and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, our Customer Support Representative will contact you to inform you of the delay and provide an estimated dispatch date.

Shipping Charges

We offer a standard shipping charge of Rs. 99 all over Pakistan. We aim to keep your shopping experience affordable and convenient.

Domestic Shipping & Estimated Delivery

For deliveries across Pakistan, we partner with Postex Courier and TCS  to safely ship your parcel to your doorstep.

  • Major Cities: 2 to 3 working days

  • Other Cities: 3 to 5 working days

Shipping Address

Your parcel will be delivered exclusively to the shipping address provided during checkout. To ensure the smooth delivery and security of your order, please provide complete address details, including any nearby famous landmarks if necessary.
